Hi
Sue, I want to thank you for making available your Cd.
I have been struggling with fears and lots of self-doubt.
Since listening to the cd I have begun to enjoy my horse
again and have noticed so many postive changes in my riding.
Here is a picture of us actually going on a trail ride.
It has been a very long time since I was able to head
out on the trail with a smile on my face. Thank you so
much.
I grew up around horses all my life. My parents had a
racehorse farm. I ran in to some confidence- blowing incidents
a few years ago. And have been struggling with regaining
since. I have had some very good instructors and some
bad and extraordinary horses along the way. It has been
a fight back into the saddle. I never felt like it was
really the horses: it was an internal battle with the
what ifs etc.. extreme fear and anxieties. It was all
me and that in itself was very frustrating. Not being
able to throw in the towel I kept on trying, riding when
I could. I finally ordered your Cd and it has really helped
alot. I think I was very ready to let go and get back
to my place which was actually on my horse, and in the
present.

YOUR CD IS WONDERFUL!, I know the confidence and new subconscious
habits I gained from your CD made all the difference in
the world. I AM riding every step (like my instructors
always told me too), I am maintaining balance and impulsion,
and I AM reminding myself that it's mostly mind over matter,
and it all shows in my proud, confident posture.

Stop
Smoking
|
"Just a little note to confirm that between us I
think 'We've cracked it'!!!
It is now five weeks since
I smoked my last cigarette! While it still needed a
lot of will-power during the first few days, I am convinced
that it was the hypnotherapy that this time made me
think positively and gave me the determination to succeed.
After being a 30-40 a
day smoker for well over 30 years, I now find I 'fancy
a fag' less and less as each day passes. And I can feel
the benefit already. After trying all sorts of ways
to give up in the past, from so-called 'Guaranteed Herbal
Cures' to the Cold Turkey treatment and only managing
to last a couple of days at the most, hypnotherapy and
your help appear to have at last made a NON smoker of
me!
Even the wife can't believe
it! She's being trying to get me to Give Up Smoking
for nearly 30 years!
Again, very many thanks"

Lose Weight
|
"I wish I had done this years ago. Hypnotherapy for
my weight, but the time and money always went to my family
leaving me with only the comfort of food and a weight
problem.
Your Hypnotherapy was
my New Years' treat and the best money and time I have
spent. Instead of my weight going up all the time however
much I dieted, it is now going down. I have lost over
a stone but the weight is only one side of this. I'm
now more self-confident and eat to live, not live to
eat, saving on my food bills, so really its money saved.
I recommend this to anyone
for it really works."

I have been getting on rather well actually. I have used
the disc quite a lot and just this last week have started
riding a little bit again, nothing grand you understand,
just getting on and doing a bit of walk and a very little
bit of trot. I have got a lesson booked for tomorrow evening
to 'brush up' a bit on my basic riding skills (or not!!)
which will be a big help.
I first got back on Jack last Monday (14th) and rode again
on Sunday. When I went to get on him on Monday I was in
a terrible state and really did not think I could do it
but once I was on him I felt better. Sunday was much better
as I did not have the terrors half so badly when it came
to getting on and had a very nice 15-20 mins on him. I
am keeping my rides very short at the moment to build
myself back up again - I need to be able to walk the next
day!!
I know the disc has been of great help to me, and is a
wonderful relaxation tool. I never seem to hear it more
than about 15 or 20 mins through and always come to again
at the same point. Once the disc is finished it takes
me about 10 or 15 minutes to really get with it again
and feel really deeply and blissfully relaxed. I think
I will always continue to listen to it periodically even
when my confidence is better as it is a great feeling
afterwards.
I have got a beautiful new, made to measure dressage saddle
that helps with my security and position and is a joy
to ride on so that helps too. I will be using the disc
again this evening in preparation for my lesson tomorrow
so keep your fingers crossed for me it goes well!
Best wishes

Prior to January 1, 2003, I would have considered myself
to be an active, confident, and enthusiastic equestrian.
I have ridden and shown horses my entire life. I grew
up competing in field trials; owner of several World Champions
and an avid trail rider navigating extreme terrain with
my trusted mounts.
Then, on January 1, 2003 something happened. A foolish
accident. I had raised a young colt from birth and he
and I shared quite a bond. My husband and I had been training
this colt under saddle and I wanted to show him off to
some friends. With no helmet (my first mistake), I climbed
aboard to put him through his gaits, yet something startled
him and he began to buck and run. I don't recall the rest
of the events as I suffered a terrible fall, hitting my
head, third degree concussion, and a hospital visit with
loss of memory. It took me weeks to regain my physical
strength and balance and quite frankly, the nerve to climb
on board of any of my horses. With my foot in the stirrup
and heart racing, I felt completely out of control and
lost.

For months I made excuses
that it was "too windy" or "too cold"
"too rainy" "too hot" to ride. There
was an excuse for every riding occasion that was greatly
noticed by my family and friends. When I did ride, I would
be overcome with anxiety attacks and put my most "steady"
mount into a tense mood.
I started thinking I had gone crazy. I started searching
the internet for possible solutions to this debilitating
pain I was feeling about my riding. Luckily, I came across
Sue McIntyre's products. Everything she mentioned on her
site was EXACTLY the way I felt inside. And, I felt like
FINALLY I had found someone who could understand the pain
I felt. The "What If" attitude that had consumed
me! With hope in my heart, I purchased this program hiding
it from my family! Within a matter of two weeks, I could
feel my confidence start to build. Within months I could
feel a relief from the tension. And, my family and friends
noticed this "change to the good" in me as well,
wondering what had brought about this difference in me.
Today, I am back in the saddle. I am more particular about
the horse's that I ride, and have made a conscious decision
that my colt starting should be left to someone younger,
but I no longer "anticipate" bad things to come
my way. I feel a freedom and happiness again when my foot
hits the stirrup and I can look at my husband with a big
smile as we go off to ride! I am back competing again
and trail riding enthusiastically. I still listen to Sue's
CD. I believe wholeheartedly in this program and recognize
it has benefited me greatly.

Hi Sue
I have been playing the
CD every night and doing the swish technique.
I couldn't wait to let
you know that I have had a breakthrough this weekend....I
got on Seamus twice this weekend and yesterday I managed
to put him into canter! He threw his head up in the
transition and although I froze initially and went to
panic I managed to talk myself into putting my leg on
and I got a few strides of canter.
I know there is still
a long way to go but this was such a breakthrough for
me!
Thank you so so much

I
had a good day. He was very well behaved and only had
two stops, one at the ditch and one at the steps but was
keen to jump it on second attempt. I actually thought
the course was too small and would have liked to have
jumped the next course up but decided not to push my luck.
I did think he was very lethargic over the weekend though
and have since had the vet doing blood tests as he has
had a virus which apparently has been going around the
yards.
Once I have had the all clear from the vet I will be back
out showjumping again. Can't wait.
I've stopped worrying about jumping while I'm at work
now as well. I just go home and get on with it.
Definitely an improvement. Thank
you.

Stop

"My dear Susan B McIntyre
Let me remind you of my
case. I smoked for the sake of smoking so much so I
could not pass a cigarette without smoking it….. I was
afraid to face the affects of stopping and I half believed
I was beyond help. I hoped that my one chance of giving
up was Hypnotherapy. Well, it took two sessions and
now its six weeks and I have NOT SMOKED!!!! THANK YOU-HOO!
How can I put into writing how grateful I am to you
for your help? OK, so I paid you for your help but it
is worth every penny.
Sincere thanks and best
wishes"

I used the Cd on quite a regular basis during the first
few months and felt I have made real progress especially
in my approach to dressage........... I had a super
cross-country schooling a couple of weeks ago and will
use my CD before this weekend and the next cross-country.

Stop
Smoking

Having averaged some 20 cigarettes a day for the past
20 odd years, I was sceptical about your ability to help
me "kick the habit"! I had tried, in the past
to give up smoking so had experienced every withdrawal
trick in the book.
And then along came Sue!
You certainly hit the spot and not even the odd stressful
situation has made me weaken by reaching for a 'fag'.
Now, after almost three months I proudly announce to
my family and friends - ' I am a NON-SMOKER!' Thank
you for your help and for making this usually difficult
task so very, very easy.

I was just thinking I must get back in touch with you
and thank you for the CD. I have already listened to
it a few times and find it is very, very good. Every
time I listen to it I awake feeling much more positive.
Thank you.
