Research suggests that smokers
are more likely to quit when health concerns are a motivating
factor and my self-hypnosis 'Stop Smoking' CD/MP3 takes this
as its primary focus. It's one of my favourite pieces of work
(because it DOES work!) and is based on what hypnotherapists
